Ken has 20+ years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. He has directed analyses of residential and commercial projects throughout the United States, including single-family communities, master-planned communities, urban projects, and commercial and retail developments. Before joining John Burns Research and Consulting, he was Vice President with a Southern California-based research firm and a Senior Analyst with a national market research firm. Ken graduated with a BA in Urban Studies and Planning from UC San Diego and has an MBA from the University of San Diego. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Community Development Council.
