A former Captain with the United States Army, Jeff is PulteGroup’s director of integration and innovation, leading Construction, Procurement, and Product Development departments to successfully integrate innovative off-site solutions into the homebuilding business. More than 10 years ago, Jeff relied on his operational management expertise to launch his homebuilding career with Pulte as a field manager (superintendent). After enhancing his technical skillset and managing and training other field managers, Jeff worked his way up within Pulte by taking on larger project management roles, diversifying his experience within the organization, serving as a division leader within procurement, and, most recently, leading innovation efforts with the national procurement team.
