Craig C. Robertson has served as vice president, Technology and Innovation for National Gypsum Company since 2017. He heads the company’s its Research and Development along with Reliability in Charlotte, NC.

Since joining the company in 1985 as a sales representative, Robertson has held several sales and marketing positions. He became national accounts zone manager in 1994 and a product manager in 1997. In 1999, he joined the company’s cement board division as marketing manager and eventually headed the business unit as general manager. Since, 2009 he has led the Research and Development for the company.

He currently serves on the board of directors of the Gypsum Association and a joint venture in Mexico and previously served on the board of directors for the Innovation Research Interchange. Robertson holds a bachelor’s degree in construction from the University of Louisiana – Monroe and earned his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University
