Alan leads DuPont Performance Building Solutions North American residential marketing team with more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience in the residential construction industry. He has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State, and resides in PA with his wife and 2 children.

Starting in the mid-90’s and for the next 10 years, he was deeply involved in the hurricane impact window market in Florida working with glass fabricators, glass producers, code officials, commercial glaziers, test labs and window companies to develop the market through education and awareness, produce new products for use in impact window systems, and help bring new capacity on-line to meet market needs.

Since 2006 Alan has led the Residential Marketing team for DuPont’s Tyvek® weatherization business, and since 2019 with the creation of the new DuPont (after the Dow & DuPont 2016 merger), serves as North America’s Residential Marketing Leader for DuPont Performance Building solutions – the combined DuPont™ Tyvek® Building Envelope business and heritage Dow Building Solutions Business, which includes Styrofoam™ Brand XPS and Great Stuff™ spray foam offerings.
